The Ducks came into the DSFL wanting one thing. A championship, they accomplished that. Winning a ring in its first year. The Battle for Georgia will begin saturday, when the Ducks play the fiercest team in Georgia, the Georgia Canes. The Canes are formidable opponents. The Canes have been to a league championship 5 out of the 5 years of playing football. In 2015 the Canes held 9 of their 13 opponents under 10 points. The Ducks lost one game last year, and eventually beat that team in the league Championship. The DSFL looks to make a statment vs a top APDFL opponenet and national contender. The Ducks offense will need to be patient, every mistake will result in points on the board for the Canes. We will see how good the DSFL can be, the Canes are one of the best team in the Nation.
